Aurore Lafougère's Mind Maps

A Mind Map of week 1 - everything in one glimpse

"I usually do mind mapping while learning. Here is the map of this first week.
I share it with you in case you are interested (original format in on Mindjet but I converted it in JPEG to enable everybody to read it !).
Thank you to Coursera team and especially to Barb and Terrence. I took a lot of pleasure to attend your lectures !"

A Mind Map of week 2 - everything in one glimpse

"Hello Moocers,

Last week, I made a quick map of week1' contents on a typed mind map.
To enable you to "feel" the difference, I made it, this week, by hand.
Here is my visual for week 2 (I could improve a little bit the design and colors as I used watercolored pencils but I do not have time...)"

A Mind Map of week 4 - everything in one glimpse

"Hello,

After Week 1 and week 3 (drawed with a software), Week 2 handwritten, here is the map of week 4 !
Note that bonus part is still uncompleted... I will update it later on, probably this week-end.

Actually, I was very busy to prepare my new mind map workshop in which I included a new part in connection with diffuse/focus Mode, Chunking, Long term/short term memory...
I delivered the first workshop "new version" (4 hours) this morning in French. Participants really enjoyed this new part around how they learn and how maps can support these learnings.
So once again, a HUGE thank to Barb, Terry and all support team and TA who made this MOOC possible ! :- ) "

  3. Hello

Thank you for your kind comments.

@ Sabrina & Quinn : I use Mindjet (Mindmanager) but it's not a free software.
If you want to try free softwares, go for Freemind or Xmind. If you want to build collaborative maps, go for Mind 42 !

    Happy learning & Mapping!
